At BuildRite Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality building supplies and excellent customer service. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding refunds and returns.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- In its original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
2. Shipping Guarantee & Non-Delivery Refund
If you do not receive your order within 7–10 business days after purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at info.buildritesupply@gmail.com if your package has not arrived within this timeframe. We will verify the shipping status and process your refund promptly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-ordered or made-to-order items
- Clearance, sale, or final-sale items
- Opened or used materials (paint, adhesives, sealants, lubricants, etc.)
- Electrical components, power tools, or items that have been installed or tested
- Hazardous chemicals or materials
- Gift cards or digital downloads
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info.buildritesupply@gmail.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs when the issue is our responsibility.
5. Return Process
- Email us at eleanorpatri92@outlook.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging using a trackable shipping service.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake or non-delivery.
7. Partial Refunds
We may issue a partial refund if the returned item is:
- Used, opened, or not in resaleable condition
- Missing parts or original packaging
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
9. International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Refunds will cover only the cost of the products (excluding shipping).
