We do not ship outside the UK and EU at this time.
Delivery Times

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing (for EU orders) or carrier delays.
How Shipping Works
- All orders are shipped via reliable courier partners (DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail depending on the destination and package size/weight).
- You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
- You can track your order at any time using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Important Information
- Customs & Duties (EU orders): All prices on our website already include UK VAT. For EU deliveries, any additional import VAT or customs duties (if applicable) are usually collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. We try to keep these to a minimum.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
- Signature Required: Some larger or higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
